CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING
Our CrossFit Group Training classes focus on varied functional movements executed with proper form and at a high intensity. Workouts can utilize a combination of strength training, body-weight movements, gymnastics skills, cardio, and more! This is CrossFit and it is designed for everyone! All of our programmings is scalable and can be customized to help you get the best workout possible.
If you want a more personalized approach to training you can schedule 1-on-1 sessions with our coaches! They’ll design specific workouts for you that will be strenuous and customized for your fitness goals.
CROSSFIT TEENS PROGRAM
We care deeply about the next generation at our gym and that’s why we host our dedicated CrossFit Teens program! Our goal is to help teens build a strong fitness foundation which means growing strength and endurance, body control, and range of motion. We believe that if these can be accomplished that they’ll be able to excel in many other areas of life including other sports! We strive to keep our program fun, challenging, and scaled correctly for each teen’s individual fitness level!
Similar to our teens, we value our next generation and we believe in them deeply! Our kids' program allows a safe and fun space for young athletes to realize what they are truly capable of! Our scalable workouts for our kids teach them strength, agility, body control, stabilization, range of motion, and mobility, which together provide a foundation for successful healthy growth into fitness.
